I am beyond excited to announce my new venture, partnering with my friend, colleague and fellow chef, Lisa Wengler.
Many of you will know that we have been searching for a space to make a new home for some time. We can finally let you know that we have taken over the space that was Cave Vin Restaurant in south-west Minneapolis. You can expect the same seasonal, authentic, vegetable forward Italian food that we have become known for in the last few years.
